  • Canva template design and visual branding

Each service is tailored to client requirements as outlined in project proposals or invoices.

 

3. Payments

 

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms are agreed before work begins (typically 50% deposit, 50% on completion unless otherwise stated).Invoices must be paid within 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee on the outstanding balance.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

 

Projects can be cancelled by either party before the final deliverables are shared.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

If you cancel a project after significant work has been completed, you may still be charged for work already carried out.

Digital products (e.g. templates, downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All original materials created by Sheet Happens (spreadsheets, templates, designs, etc.) remain our property until full payment has been received.

Upon payment, ownership rights are transferred to you for business use.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our work as your own unless you have written permission.

Sheet Happens retains the right to display completed work as part of our portfolio or marketing, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide all necessary materials, data, and feedback in a timely manner.

Ensure that any content or materials you supply do not infringe copyright or other rights.

Respond to communications promptly to keep projects on schedule.

 

7. Website Use

Our website (www.sheet-happens-admin.com) and its content are provided for informational purposes only.

You must not misuse the site (e.g. by introducing malicious code or attempting unauthorised access).

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or third-party links.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.
