Our services include administrative support, spreadsheet setup, design work, and custom template creation.
Because each project is tailored to your specific business, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Digital Products (Templates, Downloads, Resources)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of templates, downloads, or digital files are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed.
However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase - if you experience technical issues accessing your product, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
3. Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the status of the project and confirm whether any portion of your payment can be refunded, depending on the amount of work completed.
